Home Inspection Gallery – The following is a small representation of photographs taken during Home Inspections. Every photograph was detailed in a thorough Home Inspection Report narrative. During some Home Inspections numerous photos may be taken illustrating concerns. Each Home Inspection is unique. Typically a well maintained Home should not take any longer than 3 hours to inspect. Each report is fully customized and tailored to the property. There are general items such as: roof, structural, mechanical, foundation, plumbing, sewer, exterior finishes, interior finishes. Fees for very old Homes are quoted individually depending on age, size, and location of the building. Since these homes may have exhaustive reports attached to them.
